Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation
Customers may cancel a pickup request before the scheduled pickup by contacting our customer support.
If cancellation occurs after logistics or operational arrangements have been initiated, applicable cancellation charges may be deducted.
2. Refunds
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
Refunds may be denied if:
- Incorrect information was provided by the customer.
- Material presented differs substantially from the information submitted.
- Services have already been completed.
- Fraudulent activity is suspected.
3. Service Delivery Policy
After confirmation of your request:
- Pickup schedules are coordinated based on service availability and location.
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on city, logistics, public holidays, weather conditions, or operational constraints.
- We strive to complete services within the communicated timelines but do not guarantee exact pickup or completion times.
